Mylo Xyloto (2011)

They're releasing 2 singles before the album?! Who does that? I understand Every Tear was for festival season (Although its still a bit odd to release a single months before an album) but now with Paradise coming out, this is just confusing. Innit? Rags.

I incorporated every song title off of MX, and all sorts of stuff you'd expect from Coldplay graffiti. This took a total 4 hours to pencil, pen and ink. I'm pretty damn proud of it. I hope you like it~

I just searched for Paradise at midnight EST here in the US, and it redirected me to the full Mylo Xyloto tracklist, with only Paradise available. So there it is, folks, have at it.

I mean there will be a lot of people manually skipping tracks 3 and 7 on your CD player at this rate. Not a problem if you like them, but if you don't how are you going to deal with this problem? Just not buy the album? Buy the album digitally and then delete songs from your tracklist? Burn another copy of the LP with two less tracks? Turn the volume down or skip for those bits? La-la-la-la through them? Or listen to them anyway in the conceptual order as they were intended? Just been reading the articles about concept albums and releasing singles and how it can cause confliction in people's music collections. What are you going to do? Maybe I should add a poll.

Hey guys this is my first post here, so forgive me if this has been mentioned before but I noticed something. It seems like all the new songs Coldplay have released/played live so far (besides POC) are bunched into the first half or so of the track listing. Maybe this says something about those songs? Maybe the second half consists of the less commercial songs to provide some nice closure to the album that most disappointed fans are waiting for? I trust that they did work hard on the order of the tracks, so I'm sure there must be something there. Or maybe it means nothing, and I am just stretching this. Thoughts? From what i've heard (the ep and the new songs) looks like Will's contribution to the new material is really small. Most (if not all) the beats on the Ep are electronic and even the beat of Paradise. If you pay attention when they perform ETIAW live you may notice that he play along with a pre-recorded loop....the only "real part of drums"in this song is about 1 minute long :( This is another sad aspect of the new album, where i'm sure most of the beats will be electronic.
