From Dec 2006... The amazing song "BLOODLESS REVOLUTION" a demo from it Lyrics: People wanna fight for fun But what is a battle when the war's already been won People wanna break what's built There's no use crying when the milk's already been spilt Here's a needle, here's a thread Sew yourself up, clear your head (or hand) Here's a needle, here's a thread Oh no, I meant exactly what I said You might find that you're useless No better than a hole in the ground You might find that you're useless No better than a hole in the ground Look at all the cavemen goin Turning over to the shore Ohhh I'm only looking for a bloodless rev…

Since I have like $16 on eBay, I thought I'd buy the Talk EP, too bad they're extremely rare, so I found the Fix You disk for a good price...problem is, I don't have a record player :awesome: I might just frame it, opinions? :D

I don't know what you guys are all into, other than Coldplay obviously, but I recently went to see Basement Jaxx with an orchestra. Got me and my sister thinking which other bands we'd like to see in a symphonic style. The obvious one for us was Muse, as we're big fans, and they're known for their classical influence. But I suggested Coldplay, and we were thinking of a decent setlist for orchestral arrangement. Viva La Vida, Strawberry Swing and Yes would be perfect for strings and added brass, Talk would be interesting, White Shadows maybe, 42, Yellow, Trouble, Everything's Not Lost in a jazz style, God Put A Smile (but more like the Mark Ronson version?), A Rush o…

Okay, I thought it might be fun to see who can guess the exact order of songs in coldplay's next album. I know there's a chance that some of the songs we know about now might be dropped and newer songs might replace them. But which song do you think will be the first and last tracks?

If anyone has bought or been sent a copy of the UK promo from a reliable source, can they tell me if there's any markings on the CD or a brand name. It's easy these days to photocopy a paper sleeve and burn a silver cd-r with black text. I'm a bit dubious of a certain e-bay seller that seems to alway have a lot of rare Coldplay material up for sale so want to make sure I'm buying the genuine article.

Change the order of each album track list, or change some songs with the b-sides from the relevant era. The Pre-Parachutes and Parahcutes have been together one era. And Viva La Vida + Prospekt's March EP have also been together one era. Good Luck ;)

Hey all I was putting together another version of the Viva La Vida tracklist (including a couple songs from Prospekt's March and "School"). I'm wanting to put the artwork from that "Viva La Vida Sketchbook" discovered a while ago (who uploaded it escapes my mind but thanks to him/her!). There are so many of the songs which have amazing artwork, so what I'll do is, I'll post the tracklist, and the possible names and whatever sounds best I'd love to be recommended! 1. Life In Technicolor 2. Cemeteries Of London 3. Glass Of Water 4. 42 5. Violet Hill 6. Yes 7. Reign Of Love 8. Lovers In Japan (the acoustic version) 9. Viva La Vida 10. Los…

EMI have just revealed that there will be a Coldplay 7" box set featuring 15 singles on heavyweight vinyl. We've heard there will be an extremely limited release of this, pressed up for initial orders only and then deleted. We will post more information as to exact release date, tracklisting, cover as soon as we receive it from EMI. No mention of the DVD though... http://www.coldplaying.com/index.php?name=News&file=article&sid=3219

Coldplay: Worst to Best Britpop rockers get their albums ranked. While a few other bands actually beat Coldplay to the punch when it came to pioneering the anthemic Britpop melancholy they have perfected (namely Travis and Embrace, both of whom released their debuts long before Coldplay did), it's Chris Martin and company -- Jon Buckland on guitar, Will Champion on drums, Guy Berryman on bass -- who have risen to the top of the heap to become arena rock superstars of the current millennium. Coldplay has remained rather old school in their approach to crafting and releasing albums. They have more or less adhered to the classic two year schedule, dropping a new a…

As the titles says, will the new singles still be released in a physical form? (CD) or download only? Coldplay could make the decision to release the singles only digital (on iTunes etc.) since shops are selling less and less cd's these days, and people are less interested in a b-side or remix (apart from the real fan ofcourse) And most of the physical releases in the Viva era where promo's instead of actual singles with b-sides. What do you think? :)

I'm sure a lot of people have herd the song. I think it's one of my favorite Coldplay songs let alone one of my favorite b-sides. It just has a different feel to it than most of their songs. Imho It kinda sounds like something that you would write in middle school for a secret crush
